Established timber frame / timber engineering manufacturer
with plans to grow out of the recession and develop further
into new markets, where they are already gaining a foothold.
They have a range of well suited effective timber frame
solutions (including a new advanced closed panel system).
Essential requirements:
:: Proven experience winning new business through working
with contractors, architects, specifiers, developers and
client bodies (eg major retailers, hotel groups,
universities, LEAs, schools etc).
:: Strong sales, networking and interpersonal skills
:: Successful track record in closing deals and beating
targets in a challenging construction sales role
:: Prior experience working within the timber frame
construction sector, selling fast-track building systems
into at least one of the areas above
Realistic on target earnings of £65,000+ are available. Also
company car, expenses, laptop, phone etc
Basic salary will depend on what you can bring in terms of
experience, market knowledge, contacts etc
