Key Account Manager / Sales Manager - Timber Frame

£30-£45K range - not limiting
Urgent role - to be filled in January.
We are exclusively retained to recruit a Key Account Manager
with extensive experience in the Timber Frame building
sector.
This role is to develop and manage a major account for a key
business partner of very significant potential for this
established timber frame manufacturing company. This is a
rare opportunity to join a high quality timber frame
manufacturer that is making a good name for itself. Having
visited them and seen their product offerings, they seem
well set to become a major contender in the improving timber
frame market.
Responsibilities / Essential skills:
- Handling incoming sales enquiries for timber frame
buildings (including self build, small to medium developers
and other wide ranging commercial projects)
- Building relationships with key client contacts and their
sales staff to promote the business
- Providing technical input on buildability and comparative
pricing input to competitive advantage
- Organise and attend exhibitions, prepare and give
presentations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self motivated and pro-active

significant timber frame experience - though you will need
to be able to clearly demonstrate your close fit to all
aspects of this role to be short-listed.
