construction. Projects are wide ranging, frequently high
profile, and always with interest and challenge. They have
strong client relationships throughout building /
construction / civil engineering, and are looking to expand
on this.

Technical background
" Construction project management experience ideally within
Client or Consultancy (Education, NHS, Defence projects
particularly)
" Construction related qualifications: i.e. engineering /
quantity surveying / project management
" Background as Engineer, Employer's Agent, Architect,
Quantity Surveyor or similar
" Project / programme management quals. desirable, inc.
PRINCE2, MSP, MSc
" IT literate
Personal attributes
" Innovative, enthusiastic, robust and proactive outlook
" Willing to go the extra mile and take responsibility to
ensure success
" Strong interpersonal communication skills: negotiation,
dealing with conflict, client facing
" Systems thinking, theory-based practice approach
" Ability to manage different projects at a given time
