Opportunity for you to take on a factory based, hands on, Team Leader role. You will start leading a team to produce modular buildings in steel and timber. Excelent opportunities for further progression if you have the drive and ability within this rapidly growing business.

Ideally you will have a knowledge of carpentry / building - this is a hands on role, so a knowledge of building is helpful.

You will report to the Shift Manager and have the confidence to lead and motivate a team, ensuring work rates are maintained along with quality.

You will be supervising trades, semi-skilled and unskilled workers - carpentry, electricals etc.

The company is a rapidly growing manufacturer of modular buildings in steel and timber. Their work starts from manufacturing the structural frame through to a fully finished product (1st fix, 2nd fix carpentry completed).
