Key design and technical advise role within a modern
company: Design and preparation of CAD drawings and
bespoke layouts for a business at the forefront of
modular building design, manufacture and
construction.

Project Management Departments to ensure successful
project completions .

Detailed knowledge of CAD for design, illustration,
perspectives and technical services
Design flair for the presentation of drawings and
technical information
Logical and methodical approach to project

Able to work with people at all levels both
internally and externally
Key Job Responsibilities
Creation of CAD drawings for design layouts,
technical services, perspectives and general
illustration planning
Maintain the professional branding of the company,
providing advice and design input to the
presentation of drawings and proposals
Ensure management are updated in respect of advances
in CAD and associated computer systems
Attend client meetings
Undertake site surveys, preparation of survey
reports and post survey drawings
Advise to sales staff in all relevant aspects of
design, survey etc
Interpret the technical aspects of all proposals and
relaying this into a layout design
