We are looking for an organised, intelligent and enquiring person with an interest and experience in recruitment to join our thriving business. ARV Solutions is an innovative recruitment business in a rapidly growing niche market within engineering, construction and manufacturing. We have developed a new recruitment model that achieves very high success rates and loyal ongoing clients.

The business is now so busy that we need to start growing the team!
We are also soon moving into larger offices in Henleaze, in North Bristol.

Ideally you will be interested in taking on more client account management responsibilities, either now or with further training. A background in human resources or recruitment, in construction, engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.

Your role will include:
" Online CV database searching
" Posting and monitoring of vacancies on job sites
" Register candidates onto our "Colleague" recruitment database
" Candidate interviews to register and qualify for vacancies (Mainly telephone & some face to face)
" Reference checking
" Marketing & market research - sending email shots, newsletters, company literature, data collection via the web, magazines, directories & phone
" General office administration

Essential skills
Confident manner with people, both face to face and on the telephone; Ability to pick up technical information; ability to get through large workloads effortlessly; Driving licence; Computer literate with good typing skills, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional useful skills
Online recruitment; Web 2.0 and online social networking for recruitment; Web design, Job board development and management; PR.

We work in close partnership with our clients, many of which are repeat and/or retained. Our core business is based on advertising & selection using widespread online recruitment techniques. We also create careers websites and online advertising campaigns for clients. Our business model is aimed at attracting clients and keeping them, with the result that our time is spent recruiting(resourcing ) rather than selling.
