The Contracts Manager is responsible for ensuring that profits on site are maximised through the effective management of all aspects of work carried out on site utilising all available financial information to assist.

You will work closely with both the Senior Contracts Manager and Surveyor who will assist in assessing the financial implications of what is happening on site and advise accordingly.

Your role is to professionally manage and co-ordinate on site all information, deliveries, materials, plant and sub-contractor resources thus achieving the contract objective in terms of cost, programme, quality and safety and as such enhancing the reputation of the company in the market place.
