Experienced Construction Project Manager opportunity for wide ranging timber frame construction projects from residential housing & flats, to hotels & other commercial multi-story accommodation.

This company is a leader in the field with major growth plans in the rapidly growing timber engineered building sector, which will lead to certain promotion opportunities for the right candidates. Timber frame construction is the way forward and gaining wide acceptance for its' sustainable credentials, excellent Insulation properties, low carbon footprint, rapid construction, and incorporation of modern methods of construction and off-site manufacturing.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the post holder will be responsible for effectively co-ordinating all front end activities, including the preparation of variations via the Estimating team, collection and preparation of Design information through to final account closure. Generally, the job role will be focused into pre-acceptance input, immediate post acceptance activities, cost control monitoring up to Final Account. On-going dialogue will be required at all levels with both client and internal departments.

Timber frame construction would be an advantage, but are not essential.

Package will include car or allowance (£4,500), pension, healthcare, PRP etc.
