We are seeking an experienced CAD Technician with
architectural and 3D Autocad skills on building
structures and related projects / products to work
with a true innovator with ambitious growth plans.
This is a unique role with the leading Consultancy
to the rapidly developing off-site construction /
modular build industries.
Your work will be wide ranging, widespread offsite
and modular build projects. The work could include
design and detailing of innovative bathroom and
kitchen pods, new modular buildings, new product
designs for building components or sections. You
will have input into the whole design and detailing.
The role is architectural more so than structural or
mechanical.
Offsite Construction / Modular Build is an area of
rapid growth, and innovation - and you will be
working for the company that is opening up and
leading the trail in this exciting sector. They
provide consultancy advise and design for leading
Contractors, Public and Private Sector Clients,
Manufacturers and Government.

have excellent systems and support for their staff.
