Growing offsite manufacturer for the construction sector seeking Business Development / Sales Professional with prior experience in timber frame or similar for sales territory covering Midlands to Southern UK. The company designs, manufactures and installs a variety of building structures from SIPS panels, including currently social housing, education and healthcare. This leading company have been making major investments for growth and are seeing a strong pick up in their work loads, particularly on larger projects. SIPS is a growing area of offsite construction for the many benefits they bring.


The company is secure, well placed for growth and has a professional approach. We have recruited successfully with this company on a number of occasions and this particular role is open following a promotion.

You will be primarily selling to Principal Contractors working on projects ranging from residential, education and healthcare and your target will be in the region of £3 million for your first year, growing significantly in the following 2-3 years. Whilst the more immediate requirement is to spend your time securing new business with first-time clients, you will eventually assume responsibility for specific key accounts and be charged with producing strategy plans.

We would be pleased to hear from you if you are looking for a move into SIPS panels and have the following experience:

- working within the timber frame, SIPS or timber engineering industries
- selling to Main Contractors, ideally for residential, education and/or healthcare projects
- based within the sales territory (ideally West Midlands or South East England)
