Key player in the modular building industry seeks Regional Sales Manager for Southern England to manage key accounts and win new business with public sector clients including education, health and local authorities.

The role:
Covering a significant portion of the South of England (primarily London and the South Coast), you will be combining your time between account management and business development, selling permanent modular buildings rather than hire. You will be expected to work largely unsupervised although you will need to be spending approximately 2 days per week in the regional office.

Essentials:
- Proven experience of winning business and meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the route to market for education, health and local authority modular building projects
- The ability to work unsupervised, maintaining high self-discipline and the ability to plan your own workload

Benefits include the opportunity to earn up to 40% of basic salary in commission, a prestigious company car and a good benefits package is available after a qualifying period.
