Job Title Business Development Manager Ref: ARV1048
Sector / skills modular building - major projects
Salary / rate £40-46,000 + uncapped bonus - OTE £80-100,000+
Location Midlands / Southern UK

This is a senior level sales role targeted at winning new build permanent modular building business in the £500k to £3M+ value range. Your challenge is to help the business win the higher value modular building projects it is geared to provide for - particularly in the education market, though we are also interested in candidates skilled at selling high value projects for other markets including healthcare, hotels, residential etc. Additionally you will be given key accounts to develop nationally. You will need to demonstrate exceptional experience dealing with major Design and Build contractors and client groups at high level as well as hitting multi-million turnover targets. Responsible for the development of the modular business within the region to achieve profitable ongoing business.

Rewards are high with excellent uncapped bonuses as well as real potential to progress to Director level.

- Construction industry experience essential with modular building experience preferred.
- Key Account Management
- Working knowledge of current building regulations
- Experience of high level presentations

Key aspects of the role
Promote the company as the leading provider of Modular Building solutions
Meet targets as set out in yearly budget, at acceptable margin levels - anticipated at £8m to £12m
Visit prospective clients to establish needs and determine requirements
Attend pre-start meetings with clients
Identify key accounts within strategic market sectors and develop to provide a long term profitable business.
Attend sales meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions on behalf of the company, promoting products within the market
