Forward thinking Timber Frame Manufacturer with
strong reputation and excellent wide ranging products is now
seeking on an experienced people manager with experience
from the timber frame industry. This critical role requires
a skilled leader of people with solid experience in timber
frame, who is process-driven and enjoys working to targets.
The role:
- Manage the design function
- Manage design staff - most working remotely or freelance
- Coordinate all designs from Designers and make sure they
achieve target dates
- Coordinate projects from order stage to ready for issue to
production
- Liaise with all Engineers - internal and external
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for Designers and
Engineers and report to Directors
- Monitor Engineered wood aspect of the business
- Maintain systems process
- Always looking to improve process and reduce costs

motivated to develop your team and your career.

take control of the department within a relatively short
period, and it is expected that this role will become a key
