Experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role, developing new business in permanent modular building sector - the new mainstream? Covering the Southern half of England, including London and the South East. :: Do you have high level contacts within the major Design and Build Contractors, and relevant end user client organisations? :: Experienced in gaining large scale permanent modular building projects? :: Looking for a challenging role with high level rewards? This company is undergoing a significant business expansion programme, delivering Turnkey / Design and Build modular building projects for new market areas including hospitals, student accommodation, hotels etc. You will work closely with the MD in this well established large modular building company with an exceptional track record of provision on medium to large scale projects (£0.5M to £10M+). We seek sales / business development professionals experienced at negotiating at the highest level for large contracts within major Design and Build and Management Contractors, as well as with key decision makers within end user clients. You will be seeing projects through tender stages, and to successful conclusion. A strong technical knowledge and understanding is essential, and knowledge of modular building methods and benefits will be useful (and possibly a Technical / Design Manager or architectural background). You will have the ability to inspire people with your knowledge and passion for what innovative, fast track, quality modular building solutions can bring. An attractive salary of up to around £50,000 is on offer, along with a generous bonus package that could realistically double earnings to £80,000 to £100,000 for this senior level sales role. Package includes a fully expensed company car and benefits package.
