Sales Executive / Business Development Manager role within a long term and established bathroom pod manufacturer whose specialist business continues to grow in competitive time. You will bring in sales and service new and existing clients in the Midlands region. You must bring strong sales / business development skills and be a good closer of business as well as a relationship builder. The client is looking for real enthusiasm energy and drive. Ideally you will also bring technical skills and an understanding of M&E design and practicalities of installation of bathroom pods and associated M&E building services - particularly in existing buildings on refurbishment / retrofit projects, though new build too. Ideally you will be familiar with plumbing and have some CAD draughting skills. You will need to demonstrate excellent relevant Client contacts including universities, schools, colleges, MOD, and other public sector organisations. This is a sales oriented role but very much with an engineering bias. You may need to carry out site surveys, produce drawings, and prepare quotations. We seek a skilled sales person that is quick to spot an opportunity on the way to or from a pre-set appointment Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package to attract the right candidate.
